The 33rd Annual Golden Stave Charity Lunch was held on Friday June 24th, at the Hordern Pavilion, Moore Park, Sydney. The theme this year was "Gangsters and Molls", and the guests dressed up in their favourite 1920's gear with great prizes for best dressed male and female.

The Velvet Set kicked off the day in great fashion with a fantastic opening set of swing music. Bianca Dye and Shaun James welcomed the crowd to another great Stave Luncheon.

Then followed a great set from Australian music legend Russell Morris. Jamilla Deville provided a stunning burlesque performance which kept the crowd speechless.

Gregg Arthur and Suellen Cusack performed a set of swing classics. Later in the day music icon John English and his Band performed a set of Jon's classic hits then followed by The Choirboys closing the day with a set of their all their great hits which had the crowd up and dancing and screaming for more.

The day raised over $520,000 with special thanks to all our our great supporters with special mention to Barry O'Brien from PHD Australia who pre purchased all of the media packages. Thank you Barry!

The Golden Stave Lunch has now raised over $13 million of much needed money for children’s charities.
